Makhua Ministry Feedback

Hi everyoneLast year the students and I sat around a large map of Niassa Province I got hold of to mark villages and towns where they knew there must be Makhua Shirima speakers, but where no one knows the true spiritual situation there – are there Christians there? Is there a church there? Etc. We entered almost forty such places in Niassa onto the map. The most “unreached areas among the unreached”…!!
We decided last year that we would love to send two or three of the Muapula church members from time to time to go out and “scout” these villages and towns and to make contact there. During the recent June visit, I met with some of the brothers in Muapula and they decided they will aim to make the first visit this August.
Domingos informed me yesterday that they are meeting tomorrow to pray about where to go first and he asked for our intercession and prayers for this decision and for the outreaches.
Please pray for God’s guidance, protection, provision and anointing for theses visits they are praying about. ONE CAN NEVER PRAY ENOUGH FOR THAT SMALL CHURCH IN MUAPULA.
How wonderful that they who were once unreached are now praying about going to the other unreached areas!
We will keep you up to date about the when, who and where once it starts. It is our task to “bombard the targets with prayers and to surround our brothers reaching out with our intercession”. There is NO DOUBT that Satan will not want to see this happening.
For now, please pray for their meeting tomorrow.
Domingos also asked for prayer for him and Custodio reaching out in the Muapula vicinity. They have a group of young believers with whom they are meeting some Sundays. They are thinking of starting to preach there regularly. Please pray for him, and Custodio and for some students who live elsewhere who are also reaching out to new areas close to where they live: Macario and Salvador in Cuamba and Junior in Metarica.
How wonderful that we are hearing about at least three to four new areas that are opening up as a direct result of the first Bible Training Course these students received in the past year in Muapula!
